Refund Policy - Online Orders Only

Following receipt of your items you have 14 days to return an item for a full refund or exchange, so long as the item is in perfect condition and returned in the shoe box it arrived in.
Worn or washed items or items without a box or a damaged box will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please email prior to returning any item detailing your order number and item(s) to be returned or exchanged along with details of any items requested as replacements.

Customers are responsible for covering postage charges when returning items.

Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office when returning items as we are not responsible for items that fail to arrive to us.
